By accessing service-aspencore.click or booking a reconciliation session with Service Aspencore Co., Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Service Aspencore provides in-person handwritten backup reconciliation, custody record audits, and documentation reviews for cold-storage seed custodians. All services are delivered offline in Seoul unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Appointments and deposits
Appointments require a deposit as stated on our pricing page. Deposits are applied to the final session fee. Cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Client responsibilities
You must bring all materials you wish to reconcile, arrive on time, and comply with room rules including the prohibition on recording devices. You represent that you have lawful authority to present the materials for reconciliation.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, session worksheets, and audit memo templates are owned by Service Aspencore Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce our materials for commercial distribution without written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services verify consistency between physical artifacts you provide. We do not guarantee future recoverability of assets, market values, or legal outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the session giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
We do not retain copies of recovery phrase content. Session reports are provided to you in sealed form. We may retain anonymised operational records for scheduling and billing.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
