Who this session serves
Families, trustees, and independent holders who maintain recovery phrases on paper while storing the authoritative copy on stamped steel or engraved plates. The session is for custodians who want a second pair of eyes before locking materials away for years.
What you receive
A reconciler reads each word aloud from your paper backup while you follow along on the metal original. Discrepancies — transposed letters, duplicated lines, omitted words, or BIP-39 checksum failures — are marked on a session worksheet. You leave with a tamper-evident report sealed in an envelope; we retain no copies of your phrase material.
What is included
- Pre-session intake call (15 minutes) to confirm artifact types and word count
- Private reconciliation room with no cameras, no Wi-Fi, and no personal devices permitted
- Two-pass read-aloud protocol with a mandatory break between passes
- Discrepancy log with line references and suggested correction steps
- Post-session checklist for re-sealing storage containers
What is excluded
- We do not engrave, stamp, or manufacture backup media
- We do not photograph or digitize recovery phrases
- We do not provide investment, tax, or legal guidance on asset allocation
- Rush same-day sessions are not available
Provider
Sessions are led by a senior reconciler from Service Aspencore with a minimum of four years conducting custody record work in Seoul. Junior staff may observe for training but do not handle your materials.
Preparation
Bring every paper copy you wish to verify, the metal or laminated original, reading glasses if needed, and government-issued identification. Arrive fifteen minutes early for a brief room orientation. Do not bring laptops, tablets, or recording devices.
Constraints
Maximum of two custodians per session. Sessions involving more than 24-word phrases require a quoted extension. We cannot reconcile phrases while intoxicated or under visible distress; appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion.
