Overview
This policy applies to deposits and session fees for handwritten backup reconciliation, custody record audits, and documentation reviews booked through Service Aspencore Co., Ltd.
Deposit refunds
Deposits of ₩100,000 are fully refundable when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Session fee refunds
If we cancel your appointment due to staff illness or room unavailability, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
If you attend but choose to end a session early for personal reasons, partial refunds are not available. If we determine that materials are too disorganised to reconcile safely, we may pause the session and offer rescheduling; any time already spent is billed at the hourly extension rate.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits forfeited under the 48-hour cancellation rule
- Travel fees for on-site visits once the reconciler has departed
- Tamper-evident envelopes and printed worksheets provided during the session
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf with prior written approval
Refund process
Email hello@service-aspencore.click with your name, appointment date, and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.
No-shows
Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time without notice is treated as a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Work already started
If reconciliation has begun and a material dispute arises about session conduct, contact us within seven days. We will review session notes and respond in writing.
Packages
Combined session packages cancelled before the first appointment receive a full refund. After the first session, package pricing is void and remaining services are billed at standard rates.
