All fees include VAT. Payment is due at the end of the session by bank transfer or domestic card. We do not process cryptocurrency payments.
Estimate factors
Reconciliation sessions beyond 24 words, or involving more than three separate paper copies, may require additional time billed at ₩90,000 per hour. On-site visits within the Seoul metropolitan area incur a ₩60,000 travel fee. Materials that arrive unorganised may extend the session; we will pause and quote before continuing.
Deposits
A ₩100,000 deposit secures your appointment. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the deposit. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
Packages
Clients who book a reconciliation session and documentation review in the same month receive a combined rate of ₩640,000 (saving ₩50,000). Packages must be scheduled within 30 days of the first session.
What we do not charge for
Brief intake calls, email questions about preparation, and sealed report envelopes are included. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
