Registered business
Service Aspencore Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2019 in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to address a narrow gap: custodians who store recovery phrases on paper and metal but lack a neutral party to verify they match.
Origin
Our founding reconciler spent six years maintaining bound ledgers for a family office before opening a dedicated reconciliation room. Early clients were referred by estate attorneys who had seen recovery attempts fail because a photocopied phrase sheet contained a transcription error from 2014.
Expertise
The team includes three full-time reconcilers and one documentation specialist. We have completed more than 1,200 reconciliation passes across 12-word, 18-word, and 24-word formats. We work exclusively offline; no session involves network access or digital phrase entry.
Working approach
Custodians retain physical custody at all times. We read, you confirm. Our rooms are swept for recording devices before each appointment. We do not sell backup hardware, vaults, or insurance products.

Accuracy over speed. Plain language over jargon. Discretion over publicity. We publish field notes to help custodians prepare, but we do not disclose client identities.

We participate in local estate-planning seminars upon invitation and contribute reference materials to Seoul bar association continuing-education programmes on physical key custody.
